![]() ![]() ![]() Please do not hesitate to contact me or any of our dedicated staff with questions or concerns that may arise during the course of the year. Thank you to the administrators, teachers, counselors, secretarial and various other support staff members, department supervisors and all those in our organization that will help us to make a difference in the lives of our kids and our community and thank you to the parents for trusting us to do such important work in educating our children. We will also be working to deliver programs to help us "Build Better People" a K-12 district initiative that we are excited to bring to the high school. To that end, we will be continuing our work with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) of Philadelphia and the "No Place for Hate" initiative. Perhaps more than ever, we must work tirelessly to help our students learn and grow as people that understand the importance of empathy and an appreciation for diversity and inclusion. In addition to offering rigorous and engaging curricula, award winning sports programs and co-curricular offerings, we will continue our efforts to develop students that are prepared to make a difference in the lives of others. Our school looks best when it is filled with the dedicated educators and more than 2,200 students that help to make our school a unique and special place like no other. Our school looks beautiful, and we are grateful for the ongoing efforts of our maintenance, custodial and buildings and grounds staff that have worked so hard this summer to get our campus ready for our staff and students. The high school has received many upgrades to our facilities including a beautiful renovation to the front of the school, two renovated science classrooms in E Hall, remediation and renovation to B-13 (referred to as the "Blue Room") that is used for dance and physical education classes, more than 200 new lockers in A Hall and even some minor structural changes to our Investor's Bank Performing Arts Center (IBPAC) to improve safety measures. The 2019-2020 school year is here, and we are ready to welcome our staff and students back to school for a great year! We have so much to be proud of at Washington Township High School, yet we remain committed to putting in the energy and time it takes to continue our many improvement efforts. ![]()
