![]() ![]() My biggest disappointment is the intonation and the timing of the horns in the first half of the piece, as I always loved the horn/orchestra "riff" that underpins the suite. Hearing a lush stereo mix is a real pleasure, and so many elements of this performance are astonishing (the solo cello. I've been all over Youtube, and can't find it, and I'm thinking it must have been some other video-streaming service. The footage was on some streaming video site (like Youtube), so I'm NOT looking for actual files to download. (If not AHM, it was definitely of some pre-Dark Side era Pink Floyd work of some sort.) The footage was pro-shot (multi-camera), and very professional looking (as was the quality of the performance, and the performers too for that matter (at least semi-professional, at worst, as in "graduate school"-level performers maybe).Īnybody know what I'm talking about? Can anybody provide a link? The whole thing was over 20-minutes in length, maybe even closer to 30 minutes. The modern production I'm talking about appeared to be college age students (maybe from France?), and included an orchestra and maybe even some dancers (and if it was AHM, then also a choir). ![]() I know within the past year I've seen an extended length video-clip on-line within of a modern remake of one of Pink Floyd's extended suites - most probably Atom Heart Mother. ![]()
